Shiv Shree Hydropower Limited is issuing rights shares from Bhadra 19. The company will offer the shares at Rs. 100 each in a 1:1 ratio. This means shareholders can apply for one rights share for every share they already own.

In total, the company is issuing 1.47 crore units of rights shares. The Securities Board had approved this issuance on Shrawan 4.

Who can apply for Shiv Shree Hydropower Limited?

For this purpose, the company closed its book on Shrawan 16. As a result, only those investors whose names were listed in NEPSE by Shrawan 15 will be eligible to apply.

The application period will remain open until Ashoj 8. Citizens Capital Limited will manage the issuance and allotment process.
