Co-founders Dr. Ramesh Poudel and Deepak Poudel asked for NPR 1.5 crore for 5% equity, valuing the company at NPR 20 crore. The Sharks did not make an offer, and no deal was finalized.

Nitya Traditional Tex manufactures, wholesales, and exports traditional textiles, garments, and woolen products. The company also fulfills custom orders for clients. Founder Basant Kumar Maharjan asked for NPR 1.5 crore for 20% equity, valuing the company at NPR 7.5 crore. The Sharks decided not to invest, and no deal was made.
Internepal and Recruit Nepal is a recruitment firm that connects job seekers with internships and full-time employment opportunities. Founder Saurabh Adhikari asked for NPR 21 lakh for 15% equity and NPR 19 lakh as a loan at 4% interest, valuing the company at NPR 1.4 crore. Shark Saurabh agreed to invest, and the deal was successfully closed.
