Blanxer, run by CEO Prashant Phuyal, e-commerce platform that helps local businesses create and manage online stores without coding. It features services like online payments, product listings, and order management, making it easier for small businesses to go digital. CEO Prashant Phuyal asked for NPR 1.5 crore for 10% equity, valuing the company at NPR 15 crore. The Sharks passed on the offer, and no deal was reached.

Noodle Rex , One of the Nepali music streaming platform that supports local artists and helps them reach wider audiences. Noodle Rex also feature to signs musicians and provides them with promotional opportunities to grow their careers. Founder Ritavrat Joshi asked for NPR 50 lakh for 30% equity, valuing the company at NPR 1.6 crore. Sharks Saurabh and Anand agreed to the investment, closing a deal for NPR 50 lakh for 30% equity.

ABiR, a clothing brand, focuses on natural and sustainable fashion. Their products are made from eco-friendly materials and are designed to promote ethical production practices. Co-founders Bini Bajracharya, Laxmi Tandukar, and Anisha Maharjan asked for NPR 50 lakh for 10% equity, valuing the company at NPR 5 crore. The Sharks did not make an offer, and the deal was not finalized.
