United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) has announced its dividend proposal for the fiscal year 2024-25. During its 61st board meeting held on Ashadh 4, the company decided to recommend a total dividend of 10.5263% to its shareholders. This includes a 10% stock (bonus) dividend and a cash dividend of NPR 0.5263 per share for tax purposes.
The company’s current paid-up capital is NPR 2.10 Arba. On the same day, UAIL’s shares closed at NPR 570.86 in the stock market.
The proposed dividend is subject to regulatory approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission (ERC) and the Nepal Insurance Authority. It will also require final approval at UAIL’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
