Nepal Bank Limited has appointed professor Dr. Dilliram Sharma as its new independent director. The decision was made during the bank’s board meeting on Bhadra 18.
On the same day, Dr. Sharma took the oath of office and secrecy before starting his new role.
This appointment comes after former independent director Thaneshwar Gautam resigned from the position.
