Shivashree Hydropower Limited is set to open the auction of its unsold right shares from Kartik 20. The company plans to sell a total of 6,65,845 shares that remained unsubscribed during the previous right share issue.
Both individuals and institutions can take part in the auction. The shares will be sold through a bidding (auction) process, where interested buyers can submit their price offers.
Minimum Price and Quantity
The base price for the shares has been fixed at Rs 100 per unit. Investors must bid at or above this price. The minimum quantity allowed for bidding is 100 shares, while there’s no limit for the maximum bidders can even apply for all the available shares if they wish.
Submission Deadline
Bids can be submitted until Kartik 27 at 3 PM. Applications can be filed at Citizen Capital’s central office in Dilli Bazaar, Kathmandu, or through various branches of Citizens Bank located in Kumari Pati, Thimi, Itahari, Biratnagar, Birtamod, Birgunj, Surkhet, Janakpur, Nepalgunj, Narayangadh, Dhangadhi, Pokhara, Butwal, and Hetauda.
This auction gives investors another chance to own shares of Shivashree Hydropower at their preferred price.
