Samata Gharelu Laghubitta has announced a dividend for its shareholders.
The decision was taken at the company’s board meeting held on Mangsir 27. The dividend will be distributed from the profit of the fiscal year 2081/82.
According to the announcement, the company will provide a 5% bonus share based on its current paid-up capital. In addition, it will also give 0.2632% cash dividend for tax purposes. This takes the total dividend to 5.2632%.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and after it is passed by the company’s upcoming annual general meeting.
At present, Samata Gharelu Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 62 crore 90 lakh 51 thousand.
