Today, more than 265,000 founder shares from four different companies are being offered for public sale.
The breakdown of shares is:
- Mero Microfinance: 172,372 shares
- Swavalamban Laghubitta: 84,065 shares
- Kalika Laghubitta: 7,938 shares
- Nepal Investment Mega Bank: 1,315 shares
Each company has set a minimum price per share:
- Mero Microfinance: 300 NPR
- Swavalamban Laghubitta: 375 NPR
- Kalika Laghubitta: 330 NPR
- Nepal Investment Mega Bank: 100 NPR
Any company, individual, or organization can apply to buy these shares.
Investors must submit bids with a minimum purchase requirement:
- Mero Microfinance and Swavalamban Laghubitta: 5,000 shares
- Kalika Laghubitta: 1,000 shares
- Nepal Investment Mega Bank: 1,315 shares
Applications can be made for all available shares if desired.

Applications must be submitted through Muktinath Capital, with the last date set for Bhadra 24, 2082.
