Thamel Plaza Hotel & Suites Limited is preparing to enter Nepal’s capital market with an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Bhadra 14 at 10:30 a.m. in its own conference hall, showing confidence in its facilities and commitment to transparency with shareholders.
The AGM will mainly discuss and approve the proposal to issue shares to the public. The hotel aims to raise capital while maintaining its brand and service quality. The meeting will also seek approval to allow the Board of Directors, or their representatives, to make necessary changes to the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association as required by regulators for the IPO process.
The book closure date is set for Bhadra 6, meaning only shareholders registered by Bhadra 5 can attend the AGM. With Nepal’s tourism sector growing, this IPO is seen as a potential investment opportunity combining hospitality and market growth.
