Chhimek Laghubitta has opened the sale of 1,45,505 promoter shares owned by one of its current promoters. The company has set the minimum price at Rs. 390 per share, and the offer is open only to existing promoter shareholders.

Interested founders must submit their applications at the company’s central office in Mid-Baneshwar, Kathmandu within 35 days starting from Asar 30. If no existing founder expresses interest within the deadline, the company may sell the shares to other individuals or institutions.
