Janaki Cable Industries Limited, Nepal’s pioneering cable manufacturing company, is all set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the public. In preparation, the company has appointed NIC Asia Capital as the official issue and sales manager.

Agreement signed for Janaki Cable IPO process

The agreement between Janaki Cable Industries and NIC Asia Capital was recently finalized at the company’s headquarters in Chhireshwarnath Municipality-4, Dhanusha district. This marks a major step toward opening up the company’s shares to public investors.

The Company holds the distinction of being Nepal’s first cable manufacturer to receive prestigious European certifications like ROHS, CE, and IEC. These international standards have helped the company earn recognition both locally and globally.

The company produces a wide array of high-quality cable products, including ACSR conductors, house wires, ABC cables, auto cables, flexible wires, power cables, and electronic cables—widely available throughout Nepal.

Ahead of the IPO, the promoter and investor community have valued Janaki Cable Industries at a net worth of NPR 122.4 million (pre-IPO, based on promoter share arrangements).
