Hotel Bhadgaon & Resort, located in Bhaktapur, is set to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) worth Rs. 15 crore. The company plans to offer 1.5 million ordinary shares to the public as part of its goal to upgrade the hotel to five-star standards.
The hotel, operating since 2021, combines traditional Newa architecture with modern facilities. With the raised funds, the hotel aims to build 100 deluxe rooms, a spa, a fitness center, and spaces for conferences and destination weddings.
Muktinath Capital will manage the IPO. The capital will also support green tourism and introduce tech-based services aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This expansion is expected to boost tourism, create local jobs, and promote Bhaktapur as a top cultural destination in Nepal.
