SY Panel shares listed on NEPSE, what will be the first trading price?

SY Panel Nepal Limited has been officially listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). On Tuesday, the exchange listed a total of 13,081,371 company shares.

With the listing complete, trading of the company’s shares will begin from Wednesday. The first trade will take place during the special pre-open session. NEPSE has set the initial trading range between Rs 106.61 and Rs 319.83. The first transaction can happen at any price within this range. The stock will trade under the symbol SYPNL.

Earlier, the company issued 4,076,156 shares to the general public from Kartik 19 to Kartik 23. A total of 407,615 applicants received shares.

SY Panel Nepal produces panels and is a subsidiary of South Korea’s SY CO. LTD., which is known as Asia’s number one panel manufacturer. The company makes high-quality EPS and PUF sandwich panels, which are cost-effective, strong, and energy-efficient. These panels provide excellent insulation in both hot and cold climates. The company says it offers complete solutions for earthquake-resistant structures, ensuring safety and reliability from design to construction.

The company also supplies Korean sandwich panels, UPVC windows, steel doors, and other related materials.
