Singati Hydro Energy Limited has declared a dividend for its shareholders. In a board meeting held on Kartik 18, the company decided to issue a 5% bonus share from its distributable profit for the fiscal year 2081/82. The decision is based on the company’s current paid-up capital of NPR 14.5 crore.
The bonus shares will be distributed to shareholders after approval in the upcoming annual general meeting.
