Pure Energy Limited was preparing to hold its 8th annual general meeting in Kathmandu on September 9. The event was scheduled to take place at Anand Bhumi Events from 10 am.
However, during a board meeting, the company decided to postpone the gathering.
The decision came in response to the current situation in the country. The company said it wanted to prioritize the safety of its shareholders.
A new date for the annual meeting will be announced later through an official notice.
