Shreenagar Agritech Industries Limited is opening its initial public offering (IPO) from Bhadra 11. The company is offering shares in two phases, starting with locals of the industry-affected areas and Nepali citizens working abroad.

How many shares are on offer now?

A total of 4,73,063 shares will be issued in first phase.

  • 1,63,125 shares for locals of Rupandehi and Palpa
  • 3,09,938 shares for Nepali migrant workers

The Securities Board of Nepal has already approved the company to issue 32,62,500 ordinary shares. The total value of these shares is more than Rs. 32.62 crore, with each share priced at Rs. 100.

Applicants can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000 shares. This rule applies to both locals and migrant workers.

The IPO will close for locals as early as Bhadra 25 and no later than Ashoj 9. For migrant workers, it will close as early as Bhadra 15 and no later than Bhadra 25, after banking hours.

    • NMB Bank (Tansen, Palpa and Farasatikar branches)
    • Global IME Bank (Tansen branch)
  • Migrant workers:
  • Any ASBA member bank and financial institution
  • Designated branches
  • Or directly via Mero Share online

After the completion of this phase, the company will move to the second round. In that phase, 30,99,375 shares will be offered to the general public.
