Sapsu Kalika Hydropower Company Limited is planning to issue an IPO and has called a general meeting to discuss it. The company’s board decided in its meeting on Bhadra 19 to hold the meeting on Ashoj 12 at the company office in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, starting at 10 am.
The main agenda of the meeting is to approve the plan for issuing the IPO. If the regulatory authority suggests any changes, the board will have the power to make those adjustments. The board will also review last year’s IPO decisions, make necessary modifications, and present them again for approval. In addition, the meeting will include proposals to increase the company’s authorized and issued capital.
The company will also present its annual report, which includes the profit and loss statement, cash flow report, and other financial details from the last fiscal year.
