Veda signs big deal with Shark Hem Raj

Veda is a software platform that helps schools manage their work better. Founder Nirdesh Dwa gave a confident pitch asking for a large investment. Shark Hem Raj believed in the product and invested the full amount. He asked for 20% of the company and added conditions based on performance.
