RBB Mutual Fund has opened the sale of its RBB Focus 40 units starting today, Bhadra 18. The fund is promoted by Rastriya Banijya Bank, and RBB Merchant Banking is managing the plan. A total of 10 crore units have been made available for sale.
Out of the total units, 14 percent i.e 1.4 crore units are reserved for the plan manager, while the remaining 8.5 crore units are available for the public. Within the public sale, 1 percent of the units are also reserved for the plan manager.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 1 crore units. Applications can be submitted at all ASWA service points of banks and financial institutions approved by the Nepal Securities Board.
The unit sale will close as early as Bhadra 22 and as late as Asoj 1, after banking hours. RBB Merchant Banking is handling the issuance and sale of the units.
This sale gives investors an opportunity to participate in a large mutual fund scheme with flexible investment options.
