Sabina Maske Pradhan, the acting managing director of Nepal Telecommunications Company Limited, has been officially appointed as a director of Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited. This nomination comes as part of the company’s decision to send a representative to the hydropower firm’s board.
The appointment was formally approved and welcomed during the 299th meeting of Upper Tamakoshi’s board of directors held on Ashad 15 . Since then, Pradhan has actively been representing Nepal Telecommunications on the board and contributing as a member of the director committee.
This move strengthens the collaboration between state-run enterprises and highlights the growing role of experienced leadership in Nepal’s vital hydropower sector. Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited continues to play a crucial role in the country’s energy infrastructure, and with Pradhan’s inclusion, the company looks set to benefit from her expertise in managing large-scale organizations.
