Pure Energy Limited had planned to hold its eighth annual general meeting (AGM) on Bhadra 24. However, due to safety concerns for shareholders amid the current situation in the country, the company postponed the meeting on Bhadra 23.

Now, the company has set a new date for the AGM. It will be held on Asoj 7 at Ananda Bhumi Events in Kathmandu, starting at 10 am.

During the meeting, the board chairman will present the annual report for the fiscal year 2081/82. Shareholders will discuss and approve the financial statements for the same year. The AGM will also include decisions on appointing an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83 and determining their remuneration.

For this meeting, the company had closed its shareholder register for one day on Bhadra 9. Only shareholders who held shares until Bhadra 8 will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
