From today, the promoter shares of Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) and Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CBBL) are up for auction. The bidding started on Ashadh 3 and will continue until Ashadh 10, 2082.

A total of 9,882 promoter shares of Prabhu Bank and 2,44,480 promoter shares of Chhimek Laghubitta are available. Only promoter shareholders, institutions, companies, and eligible individuals can place bids for these shares.

The minimum bid price is set at Rs. 100 per share for PRVU and Rs. 390 for CBBL. Bidders must place a minimum of 1,000 shares for PRVU and 50,000 shares for CBBL. There is no upper limit, so larger bids are welcome.

Muktinath Capital Limited is handling the auction process. The current market prices (LTP) of the two companies are Rs. 206.21 for PRVU and Rs. 890.26 for CBBL — giving bidders a chance to secure shares at potentially lower rates.
