Midsolu Hydro Limited has announced a dividend for its shareholders. The decision was made during the company’s board meeting held on Bhadra 12.
For the fiscal year 2081/82, the company will distribute a 15% bonus share and 0.789% cash dividend for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend will be sent to the Electricity Regulatory Commission for approval. Once approved, it will be endorsed in the company’s upcoming annual general meeting before distribution.
