Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited has announced the sale of 101,536 units of promoter shares that were previously owned by various founding shareholders.

Previously offered to promoters only

Earlier, on Jestha 26, the bank had issued a 35-day notice offering these shares exclusively to its existing promoters. However, since no applications were received during that period, the bank has now decided to open the sale to the general public.

Anyone can apply – individuals or companies

Now, any interested individual or company can apply to purchase the shares.

Where and when to apply?

Investors who want to buy the shares must submit their applications within 15 days from the date of the new notice. Applications must be submitted at the bank’s head office located in Dillibazar, Kathmandu.
