Himalayan Reinsurance has released its first quarterly financial report for 2082/83.

The company’s profit rose by 8.58%, reaching 24.58 million rupees during the period.

Premium collection increases

Total insurance premiums grew by 4.90% to 111.83 million rupees. Net premiums alone increased by 9.36%, reaching 101 million rupees.

Earnings per share (EPS) went up to 9.05 rupees, while net worth per share stands at 154.98 rupees. Analysts see these numbers as a positive signal for investors watching the reinsurance sector.
