Garima Bikas Bank Limited has announced the sale of 98,028.84 units of promoter shares, now open for public purchase.

Earlier, as per the directive of Nepal Rastra Bank, these shares were offered exclusively to existing promoter shareholders. However, due to insufficient applications during that round, the unsold portion is now being made available to the general public.

How to apply for the shares ?

Interested individuals can submit their applications within the next 15 days. Applicants must disclose the number of shares they wish to purchase and submit all required documents. The application must be submitted in person at the bank’s central office located in Lazimpat, Kathmandu.
