Joshi Hydropower Development Company Limited is officially issuing 65% right shares, and the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted its share price accordingly. This move is important for investors tracking right share opportunities in the Nepali stock market.

New Price After Adjustment of Joshi Hydropower

NEPSE adjusted the share price based on the last traded value of Rs. 458.02 on Thursday. After factoring in the upcoming right shares, the post-right adjusted price is Rs. 316.98.

This change reflects the dilution of share value due to the increased number of shares in circulation.

Right Share Ratio & Quantity

The company received approval from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue:

  • 24,14,100 right shares
  • In the ratio of 1:0.65

This offer gives existing shareholders the opportunity to increase their investment at a lower cost before the company expands its capital base.

Book Closure Date – Are You Eligible?

So, only those investors whose names were recorded in NEPSE by Asar 5 can apply for the right shares during the issue period.
