City Hotel Limited is opening the sealed bids for its auction shares today. This is an important day for investors who submitted their bids earlier.
The bids will be opened at 9 am at the Prabhu Capital office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
City Hotel had put 21,50,418 unsold rights shares on auction from Kartik 23 to Kartik 30. These shares remained undistributed during the earlier rights issue.
The company had offered rights shares in the ratio of 1:0.80 from Bhadra 23 to Asoj 26. Since some investors did not apply for their rights shares at that time, those remaining shares were then shifted to this auction process.
