Manakamana Engineering Hydropower is set to issue rights shares. The company has called its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to discuss this special proposal.
The meeting is scheduled for Friday, Bhadra 20, at Royal Darbar Restaurant & Venue, Maharajgunj.
At the AGM, the company will propose increasing its capital, amending its Articles of Association, and issuing rights shares. Additionally, the annual report for FY 2081–82 and the audited financial statements for the same period will be discussed and approved.
