Nepal Premier League (NPL) season 2, starting this Mangsir 1,is expected to earn more than Rs 35 crore.
How much will NPL Season 2 earn?
During a press conference on Saturday, Paras Khadka, the secretary of the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), said the money will come from sponsors, teams, and ticket sales.
According to him, sponsors will contribute Rs 15 crore 30 lakh, and the eight teams will bring in another Rs 9 crore.
He added that ticket sales are expected to collect between Rs 8 crore and Rs 12 crore. After deducting Rs 5 crore 30 lakh from OTT revenue, CAN will receive 71% of the remaining amount.
