Some listed companies have not been submitting their required financial statements and other important updates on time. Because of this, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has directed all listed companies and mutual funds to provide these details within the set deadline through the NOTS Login system.

NEPSE explained that, under Regulation 22 of the Securities Listing Regulations 2075 and the listing agreement, companies must submit all reports only through NOTS Login. Paper copies will not be accepted.

The required reports include annual audit reports, quarterly financial statements, dividend or bonus share decisions, book close dates, price-sensitive information, and decisions about buying or selling large assets or taking on major liabilities.

Companies must also inform NEPSE immediately if there is a change in the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, or Auditor, or if the company’s address changes. Reports and decisions from general meetings must also be submitted without delay.

If trading is affected due to natural disasters or unexpected events, companies must notify NEPSE as soon as possible. NEPSE has made it clear that all information must be sent electronically through the NOTS Login system within the given time frame.
