Trade Tower Limited (TTL) has officially listed its IPO shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). A total of 81,56,097 unit shares, including both promoter-held and public-issued shares, are now listed under the trading symbol ‘TTL’.
The opening price range for the first trade has been set between Rs. 123.09 and Rs. 369.27. If TTL signs a listing agreement with NEPSE promptly, these IPO shares will be available for secondary market trading as early as the next day.
Out of the total listed shares, 39,71,693 units with a face value of Rs. 100 each were issued to the general public during the IPO subscription period from 14th Jestha to 20th Jestha, 2082.
With TTL’s market debut, investors are closely watching how the company performs in its initial trades. The listing underlines TTL’s growing footprint and investor confidence in the company’s future.
