SY Panel Nepal Limited has officially opened its IPO today, Ashoj 7. The company had originally planned to launch the issue on Bhadra 29, but it was postponed due to the recent Gen Z protest that affected the stock market and public activities.

Now, the IPO is available for two groups of investors. For Nepalis working abroad, applications are open from Ashoj 7 to Ashoj 10, with 4,97,012 shares reserved. Similarly, local residents living in industrial areas can also apply during the same period, with 2,61,627 shares allocated for them.
SY Panel Nepal Limited is recognized for its work in producing industrial panels. Through this IPO, both groups of investors get the opportunity to become part of Nepal’s expanding industrial sector.
