Swarojgar Laghubitta is going to merge with Wean Nepal Laghubitta. The two companies signed a merger and acquisition agreement on Poush 9.
Both companies have their head offices in Banepa, Kavrepalanchok.
At present, the share price of Swarojgar Laghubitta is Rs 920, while the share price of Wean Nepal Laghubitta stands at Rs 1,847.
