A founder shareholder of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has opened the sale of 2,000 promoter shares from their ownership. This share sale is available only to existing promoter shareholders of Suryodaya Womi, who must submit their application within the given time.

Interested promoters must apply from today (Ashadh 19) within 35 days by visiting the company’s corporate office located at Mahalaxmi–4, Lalitpur or the share registrar Kumari Capital, Naxal, Kathmandu.

The company has not set a fixed price for the shares. If no existing promoter shareholder of Suryodaya Womi applies within the deadline, the company will then open the sale to the general public investors, as stated in the official notice.
