Super Madi Hydropower Limited has announced a dividend for its shareholders. The decision came during the board meeting held on Mangsir 4, 2082, for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board decided to give a 5 percent bonus share from the company’s current paid-up capital. In addition, a cash dividend of 0.2642 percent will be distributed for tax purposes on the bonus shares.
The proposed dividend will be distributed only after approval at the company’s 16th annual general meeting.
