Shreenagar Agritech Industries Limited has received approval for an IPO (Initial Public Offering). On July 13, the Securities Board of Nepal granted the company permission to issue 3,262,500 shares worth NPR 32.62 crore.

The shares will be offered at NPR 100 each, with Nabil Investment Limited appointed as the IPO’s sales manager. Of the total shares, 20% (3,262,500 shares) will be available to the public, while the remaining 80% will be allocated to the founding group.
