Shreenagar Agritech Industries Limited has extended the application deadline for its IPO allocated to local residents of the industry-affected areas. The IPO, which was open from Bhadra 11 to 25, can now be applied for until Bhadra 30 and 31 due to the difficult situation in the country and requests from locals.

The company received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal on Shrawan 13 to issue 3,262,500 ordinary shares at a par value of Rs. 100, worth Rs. 326.25 million. Out of this, 1% (163,125 shares) has been reserved for residents of Rupandehi and Palpa districts, the industry-affected areas. Eligible locals can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000 shares.

Applications can be submitted through Nabil Bank (Tansen and Parasi branches), NMB Bank (Tansen and Parasi branches), and Global IME Bank (Tansen branch). Nabil Investment Banking Limited is the issue and sales manager.

After completing this phase for locals and Nepali workers abroad, the company will issue 3,099,375 shares to the general public in the second phase.
