On Sunday, Radhi Hydropower Company recorded the highest share trading volume on the Nepal Stock Exchange. The company’s shares were traded worth over NPR 729.5 million in a single day.

The total turnover on the first trading day of the week stood at NPR 9.13 billion, with more than 19.99 million shares exchanged across various companies. Out of this, Radhi Hydropower alone contributed 874,768 units of shares.

Hydropower stocks drew significant investor attention today. Following Radhi Hydropower, Universal Power Company secured the second-highest turnover, with shares worth NPR 622.7 million traded.

Other top-performing hydropower companies in terms of trading volume include:

  • Ngadi Group Power: NPR 617.1 million
  • Butwal Power Company: NPR 445.1 million
  • Sanima Mai Hydropower: NPR 440 million

Hydropower remained the focal point for investors, reflecting strong market interest in the energy sector.
