On Wednesday, the Nepal stock market saw a decline in both trading volume and the Nepse index. The index dropped by 22.58 points compared to the previous day, falling to 2,505 points. By 2:59 pm, it had reached 2,499 points but gained 6 points in the final minute of trading.

Trading volume also fell slightly. Yesterday, the total transactions were Rs 336 crore, while today it was Rs 310 crore. Out of all listed companies, 40 saw their prices rise, 206 fell, and 5 remained unchanged. Mutual funds were the only group to gain, rising by 0.24%.
