Prabhu Capital completes unit allocation for public investment scheme

Prabhu Capital Limited issued its public offering of the ‘Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme’ from Jestha 23 to Asar 3. The company completed the allocation of units on Asar 17.

Under this scheme, 4 crore units were issued at a rate of Rs. 10 per unit. Out of these, 30 lakh units each were reserved for the fund promoter, Prabhu Bank Limited, and the scheme manager, Prabhu Capital. The remaining 2 crore 50 lakh units were offered to the general public.

Due to overwhelming demand, Prabhu Capital Limited stated that units were allocated to eligible applicants along with their invested capital proportionately.
