Prabhu Bank has decided not to distribute any dividend for the financial year 2081/82.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the bank’s board of directors held on Poush 6. The board resolved not to provide any dividend for the year and to submit the bank’s financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
The bank said that if Nepal Rastra Bank gives any suggestions, instructions, or asks for changes in the financial statements, those will be included. The revised financial statements will then be presented at the upcoming annual general meeting for approval.
After Nepal Rastra Bank approves the financial statements, the bank will be able to call its annual general meeting.
