Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) held its annual general meeting today, chaired by the bank’s Board Chairman Anuj Agrawal.

The meeting approved a cash dividend of 6.3158%(including tax) from the profit of the fiscal year 2081/82, to be distributed from the bank’s current paid-up capital. Other proposals presented at the meeting were also approved.

In addition, the general shareholders elected two directors to the bank’s board. Dr. Manish Thapa and Lima Adhikari Acharya were elected as directors. Acharya has previously served as a director of the bank.
