Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has announced that its 44th annual general meeting will be held on Poush 29, Tuesday. The meeting will take place at UNI Shanti Marg in Kathmandu and will begin at 11 am.
The company has proposed to distribute an 85% cash dividend from its paid-up capital. This proposal was approved in a board meeting held last Friday.
At present, the paid-up capital of the Nepal Stock Exchange stands at Rs 1 billion. Based on this amount, the company plans to distribute Rs 850 million in cash dividends to its shareholders.
