Ncell has expressed deep sorrow over the recent tragic events across the country. The company offered condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and paid tribute to the victims.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, Ncell said it was saddened by the current situation in the country. The company stated that its main priority is to help customers stay connected with their loved ones in Nepal and abroad, especially during difficult times.

However, Ncell also reported that protesters entered its central office on Tuesday and damaged property. The company warned that such incidents could disrupt essential telecom services and cause inconvenience to customers.

Ncell urged everyone to help protect communication services and public property. It said damage to these facilities could lead to service interruptions affecting many people.

To support customers, Ncell announced it will provide free local voice calls, internet, and SMS for the next two days starting today, Bhadra 24. The company also called for calm and cooperation to ensure uninterrupted communication services.
