Mountain Energy Nepal Limited has announced that its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, Mangsir 29.
The company will close its books for one day on Mangsir 17. Shareholders who purchase shares and have them transferred to their name by the end of Mangsir 16 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
The company has also proposed a 20% bonus share distribution and 1.05% cash dividend for tax purposes.
