Maulakali Cable Car Limited has officially started the process to launch its IPO. The company has submitted its application to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). The company filed the request on Kartik 24. It wants permission to issue 18 lakh 79 thousand 130 units of shares, worth a total of 18 crore 79 lakh 13 thousand rupees.
Global IME Capital is working as the issue manager for the upcoming IPO. Maulakali Cable Car operates the cable car service that takes visitors to the Maulakali Temple located in Gaindakot, Nawalparasi. The company says the IPO will help in expanding the service and improving facilities for pilgrims and tourists.
