Mai Khola Hydropower Limited will hold its fifth annual general meeting on Mangsir 25. The meeting will start at 11 am at Smart Darbar in Shankhpark, Kathmandu.

The company has not included any proposals for dividends this year. But a 1:1 rights share issue proposal has already been registered with the board. The AGM will continue with this proposal.

Shareholders will also approve changes to the company’s rules and articles of association. The board will get authority to implement these changes. Special proposals for investing in other projects or companies will also be discussed.

The meeting will review and approve the annual report for the last fiscal year, auditor’s report, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statements. The AGM will also decide on appointing auditors for the current year and their fees.

For the meeting, the company has set the book closure date on Mangsir 11. Only shareholders recorded by Mangsir 10 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
