Lower Mid Rawakhola Hydropower Project Limited is set to raise NPR 10 crore by issuing an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company will offer 10 lakh primary shares, each with a face value of NPR 100.

The 4 MW hydropower project, currently under construction in Khotang District, has appointed RBB Merchant Banking Limited as the issue and sales manager for the public share issuance. RBB Merchant Banking is a subsidiary of Rastriya Banijya Bank.

The share issuance agreement was signed on 23rd Ashadh 2082 by Executive Chairman Shambhu Prasad Ghimire of Lower Mid Rawa Khola Hydropower and CEO Badri Prasad Pyakurel of RBB Merchant Banking.

This move will help the project raise funds to complete construction and contribute to Nepal’s growing clean energy sector.
