Him Star Urja IPO allotment process has been completed. The allotment was done today at the office of the issue manager, NIC Asia Capital Limited.
Nearly 20 lakh people applied
A total of 1,997,694 people applied for 10 shares each. Out of them, only 77,397 lucky applicants got 10 shares through a lottery. Five other applicants received just 1 share each. The rest of the applicants will get their money back soon.

Now, the investors who received shares are curious about the opening price range of the company’s shares on the first trading day. The opening price range for Him Star Urja’s IPO is expected to be between NPR 99.17 and NPR 297.51.
NEPSE sets the opening price of any company’s IPO based on its actual net asset value per share, allowing up to three times that value. For Him Star Urja, the company’s reported net worth per share is NPR 99.18 as of the third quarter of fiscal year 2081/82.
